Sophiyah You Are 3 Months Old!! May 4, 2012

I know I'm going to say this every month but I cannot believe it has been 3 months since this sweet baby girl became mine!!  Time is going by too fast!!

Sleep: You are still a rockstar sleeper!  And this momma is very thankful for that!!  You go down for the night around 9-10pm and sleep until 5-7am.  You will usually drink a bottle and then depending on whether it's closer to 5am or closer to 7am you will either go back to sleep for about an hour or play.  You are starting to like watching the tv so if mommy has to get ready for work then the electronic baby-sitter has been a life-saver!  You take frequent naps during the day.  When you are tired you like your face covered with your blanket or burb rag.  Kinda freaks mommy out but it calms you down instantly and you go right to sleep.  And have to be in a deep sleep for me to take it away from your face!  Silly girl! 

Feed:  You are now strictly formula fed.  I was very sad to not be nursing anymore but this is what works for our family.  I felt very guilty about not nursing you anymore.  You are on Similac Isomil which is a soy formula.  You seem to be doing ok with it but still a little gassy & fussy.  I'm hoping with time that will get better. 

Weight: I would guess you are about 11-11.5 pounds.  You still seem small to me and other people comment on how little you are.  But that is fine with me because you are healthy and happy and I love that you're little!

Length:  I would guess you are around 24-24.5 inches.  You are a long baby!  I think you are going to be tall like your momma!

Diapers:  You are still wearing Pampers Swaddler Size 1 diapers.  They are still fitting you great and we still have a lot from my shower so I plan on keeping you in them until they are all gone!

Clothes:  You are still wearing 3 month clothes.  For the most part they fit you really well.  You are wearing 6 month sleepers and pants.  You are too long!!

Hair Color:  Your hair color is still very unique compared to your sisters and brother!  You have a reddish tint to your brown hair...so it's more like auburn sometimes.  You have more of mommy's traits that's for sure!!

Eye Color:  You have the most beautiful eyes!!  Everyone comments on how beautiful they are!  They are greenish-blue with a blue ring around them.  Looks like you got mommy's eyes for sure!

Favorite Toy:  You have found your hands and you love them!!  And mommy & daddy's hands too!  You also still like your bouncer and your taggie.  You are also a binky baby.  You typically only want it and use it when you are sleepy.
